Keto Coconut Butter and Chocolate Cups
Coconut Butter and Chocolate Fatbombs
- Mini Silicone Muffin Cases
- Measuring Spoons
- 30 g Chocolate unsweetned
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 4 tbsp Coconut butter
- 1-2 drops Vanilla flavor
- 1-2 tbsp Powdered Erythritol optional
- 1 tsp Dessicated coconut optional
- Melt Chocolate and Coconut Oil in a double boiler.
- Fill 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate into each mini silicone muffin case and leave to set in the fridge.
- Melt coconut butter in a double boiler, add Vanilla and sweetener to taste.
- Fill one tablespoon of of coconut butter into each mini silicone muffin case, leave to set in the fride.
- Top the coconut butter with another 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate and leave to set. You can sprinkle some dessicated coconut on top.
- Store in a container in the fridge.
