Melt Chocolate and Coconut Oil in a double boiler.
Fill 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate into each mini silicone muffin case and leave to set in the fridge.
Melt coconut butter in a double boiler, add Vanilla and sweetener to taste.
Fill one tablespoon of of coconut butter into each mini silicone muffin case, leave to set in the fride.
Top the coconut butter with another 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate and leave to set. You can sprinkle some dessicated coconut on top.
Store in a container in the fridge.
