Coconut Butter and Chocolate Fatbombs

Chocolate Layer

  • 30 g Chocolate unsweetned
  • 1/2 tbsp Coconut oil

Coconut Filling


  • 1 tsp Dessicated coconut optional


  • Melt Chocolate and Coconut Oil in a double boiler.
  • Fill 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate into each mini silicone muffin case and leave to set in the fridge.
  • Melt coconut butter in a double boiler, add Vanilla and sweetener to taste.
  • Fill one tablespoon of of coconut butter into each mini silicone muffin case, leave to set in the fride.
  • Top the coconut butter with another 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate and leave to set. You can sprinkle some dessicated coconut on top.
  • Store in a container in the fridge.
